 The first thing that comes to our mind after thinking of air compressors is our refrigerator. Most of the people around us, take the refrigerator as one of the examples of from the various applications which use the air compressor. You must be aware, of the situation wherein your refrigerator is not working properly due to certain problem. The first thing the mechanic comes and checks is, if the air compressor is working properly. It is one of the very important parts of the whole system. Thus technically, the definition of an air compressor states it as a tank filled with air which is compressed to be used later. The air compressors are mainly of two types, namely the huge stationary compressors and the small portable air compressors.
The air compressors can be used in a variety of different ways. They are extremely useful and are used in multiple ways. A few of the important advantages of the air compressors is given below.
1 The huge stationary air compressors are used in the industries as a source of energy. They are essentially huge machineries which are
designed especially to generate high amount of energy which is useful for the industries. They are used by the huge automobile manufacturing industries to deliver the amount of power required while working with the cars. These are mainly stationary air compressors which are used in these big companies.
2 The portable air compressors are used by the scuba divers to breathe in the bottom of the water of the oceans and sea. Also they are used in a variety of marine spare parts.
3 The air conditioners used by all of us to cool the temperature of the house, use the air compressors as the main source of energy. While the air conditioners cool the temperature of the rooms, they use the energy from the air compressors. Also, the refrigerator compressors are the simple sir compressors.
4 In the engines, of the cars or any other automobiles, the air compressors are used mainly in heating and cooling the whole system.
5 The air compressors are also used in the huge power plants, to deliver large amount of energy to the other machineries.
6 They are often used to fill air in the tiers of the cars, footballs, basketballs, balloons etc.
7 They are also used in the vacuums t clean the dust from the corners of the house etc.
The air compressors are used in a large umber of ways as in the service stations, small businesses, huge power plants, homes etc. These are not just used directly, but are used in various different ways as an essential role in a number of different devices. Thus, though they are very simple and not very commonly known they play a very important role in all our activities.
